Las Piñas, officially the City of Las Piñas (Filipino: Lungsod ng Las Piñas), is a highly urbanized city in southern Metro Manila, Philippines. Bordered by Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Bacoor (Cavite), and Manila Bay, it is famous for the Las Piñas Bamboo Organ, a unique 19th-century pipe organ made largely of bamboo, housed at the St. Joseph Parish Church. Las Piñas is also known for the BF Homes subdivision (one of the largest residential subdivisions in the country) and for the Manila-Cavite Coastal Road. It became a city under Republic Act No. 8251 in 1997.
